The 45,000 GPD Fully Automatic Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant is a high-capacity, industrial-grade water treatment system engineered to process brackish water with Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) up to 8000 ppm. Designed for continuous and heavy-duty operation, this system ensures a consistent and reliable supply of high-quality purified water for large-scale industrial, commercial, and municipal applications.
The system incorporates advanced pre-treatment stages, including FRP sand filtration and cartridge filtration, to effectively remove suspended solids and protect the RO membranes from fouling and scaling. High-performance SS316 feed and high-pressure pumps ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and stable operation under demanding conditions.
At the core of the system are premium 8040 brackish water membranes (LG / Toray) installed in robust FRP pressure vessels rated up to 450 PSI. The system achieves high salt rejection rates of up to 98–99%, ensuring excellent permeate water quality.
A precision chemical dosing system enables accurate antiscalant injection, reducing scaling and extending membrane lifespan. The fully automatic control panel with PLC integrates high-quality electrical components and advanced safety features, including low-pressure switches, phase failure relays, and real-time monitoring of TDS for both feed and product water.
The system is skid-mounted with SS316 high-pressure piping and durable PVC low-pressure piping, offering a compact footprint, ease of installation, and simplified maintenance.
