RO Plant 25000 GPD Fully Automatic

The 25,000 GPD Fully Automatic Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant is a high-capacity and robust water treatment system engineered to process brackish water with Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) up to 8000 ppm. Designed for continuous and heavy-duty operation, this system ensures a stable supply of high-quality purified water for industrial, commercial, and large-scale applications.

The system is equipped with advanced pre-treatment stages, including FRP sand filtration and cartridge filtration, to effectively remove suspended solids and protect the RO membranes. High-performance SS316 feed and high-pressure pumps ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and consistent operation under demanding conditions.

The RO section utilizes premium 8040 brackish water membranes (LG / Toray) housed in high-pressure FRP vessels rated up to 450 PSI. The system achieves high salt rejection rates of up to 98–99%, ensuring superior permeate water quality.

A precision chemical dosing system provides controlled antiscalant injection, reducing scaling and extending membrane lifespan. The fully automatic control panel with PLC integrates high-quality electrical components and safety protections, including low-pressure switches, phase failure relays, and real-time monitoring of TDS levels for feed and product water.

The system is skid-mounted with SS316 high-pressure piping and durable PVC low-pressure piping, allowing easy installation, compact footprint, and simplified maintenance.
