The 20,000 GPD Fully Automatic Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant is a high-capacity water treatment solution engineered to process brackish water with Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) up to 8000 ppm. Designed for continuous, heavy-duty operation, this system ensures a reliable supply of high-quality purified water for industrial, commercial, and municipal applications.

The system includes advanced pre-treatment stages such as FRP sand filtration and cartridge filtration to remove suspended solids and protect the RO membranes. It is equipped with high-performance SS316 feed and high-pressure pumps, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and stable operation under demanding conditions.

The RO unit utilizes high-efficiency 8040 brackish water membranes (LG / Toray) installed in robust FRP pressure vessels rated up to 450 PSI, achieving salt rejection rates of up to 98–99% for superior water quality.

A precision chemical dosing system ensures accurate antiscalant injection, extending membrane life and maintaining optimal system performance. The fully automatic control panel with PLC provides intelligent system control, incorporating premium electrical components, low-pressure protection, phase failure relays, and real-time monitoring of TDS for both feed and product water.

The system is skid-mounted with SS316 high-pressure piping and durable PVC low-pressure piping, allowing easy installation, compact footprint, and long-term reliability.
