RO Plant 15000 GPD Fully Automatic

The 15,000 GPD Fully Automatic Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant is a high-capacity and efficient water treatment system engineered to treat brackish water with Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) up to 8000 ppm. Designed for continuous operation, this system ensures reliable production of high-quality purified water for industrial, commercial, and potable applications.

The system incorporates advanced pre-treatment stages including FRP sand filtration and cartridge filtration to remove suspended solids and protect downstream components. It is equipped with high-quality SS316 feed and high-pressure pumps, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and stable performance.

The RO section is powered by high-efficiency 8040 brackish water membranes (LG / Toray) installed in robust FRP pressure vessels rated up to 450 PSI. The system achieves salt rejection rates of up to 98–99%, ensuring superior water quality.

A precision chemical dosing system provides controlled antiscalant injection, extending membrane lifespan and optimizing system efficiency. The fully automatic control panel, equipped with PLC and premium electrical components, allows seamless operation with built-in protections such as low-pressure switches, phase failure relays, and real-time TDS monitoring for feed and permeate water.

The system is skid-mounted with SS316 high-pressure piping and PVC low-pressure piping, ensuring easy installation, compact design, and long-term reliability.
