The 10000 GPD Fully Automatic Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant is a high-capacity water treatment system designed to handle brackish water with Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) up to 8000 ppm. Built for performance, reliability, and energy efficiency, this system delivers a continuous supply of high-quality purified water for various industrial and commercial applications.
The system features robust pre-treatment including FRP sand filtration and cartridge filtration to remove suspended solids and protect the RO membranes. It is equipped with high-quality stainless steel (SS316) feed and high-pressure pumps to ensure durability and stable operation under demanding conditions.
At the core of the system, high-efficiency 8040 brackish water RO membranes (LG / Toray) are installed in heavy-duty FRP pressure vessels rated up to 450 PSI, providing salt rejection rates of up to 98–99%. The integrated chemical dosing system ensures proper antiscalant injection, extending membrane life and maintaining optimal performance.
The plant is controlled via a fully automatic control panel with PLC system, incorporating premium electrical components and safety protections such as low-pressure switches, phase failure relays, and real-time TDS monitoring for both feed and product water.
Constructed with SS316 high-pressure piping and durable PVC low-pressure piping, the system is skid-mounted for compact installation and ease of maintenance.
