The 5000 GPD Fully Automatic Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant is a high-performance water treatment system engineered to process brackish water with Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) up to 8000 ppm. Designed for durability and efficiency, this system integrates advanced filtration and membrane technology to ensure consistent production of high-quality permeate water.
The system includes a stainless steel feed water pump and high-pressure pump (SS316), FRP sand filter for pre-treatment, and a 5-micron cartridge filter to protect the RO membranes. The core of the system is equipped with a high-efficiency 8040 brackish water membrane (TORAY / LG), installed in a durable 8-inch FRP pressure vessel rated at 450 PSI.
A compact chemical dosing system (SEKO) with a 100L tank ensures proper antiscalant injection, extending membrane life and maintaining system performance. The fully automatic control panel, equipped with PLC (SUMHO) and Schneider electrical components, allows both automatic and manual operation, with integrated safety features such as low-pressure protection and phase failure relay.
The system is complete with flow meters, pressure gauges, and TDS monitoring for both feed and product water. High-pressure piping is constructed from SS316, while low-pressure lines are made of durable PVC, ensuring long-term reliability.
